Currently, we do not provide any finance options; all orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting all items and reporting any damages to us within 48 hours. You can reach us via email or phone.

Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 7 – 10 working days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

Kerbside delivery means your order will be delivered to the nearest kerbside or a safe and accessible point closest to the delivery address provided.

Our website accepts all UK registered cards, and Bacs payments.

Regrettably, we can only offer delivery services within the UK.

Don’t accept orders over the phone

While we’re happy to review plans and assist with measurements, we recommend having a professional tiler verify them before placing an order. We do not accept responsibility for miscalculated quantities.

Although we strive to maintain stock availability, discontinued products are beyond our control. Please contact us to inquire about any remaining stock in our warehouse.

 

Yes, all pallet deliveries require a signature at the delivery point. We advise inspecting your order upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, our courier will leave a card, and the delivery will need to be rescheduled.
