Damages / Incorrect Delivery

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles, you must inform Tiles on a Pallet within 2 working days from the date of delivery. Please provide an image of the damaged or incorrect items while they are still on the pallet. We will make every effort to promptly send replacements or issue a refund where applicable.

Leftovers

Due to our continual low prices and rapid stock turnover, we are unable to accept returns of any leftover products or items that fall outside of a full order cancellation.

Change of Choice

You have the right to cancel your full order within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Upon notifying us of your wish to cancel an order, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to our main distribution warehouse. All returned goods must be sent in their original packaging, with any opened boxes sealed accordingly. Customers are responsible for arranging transportation and insurance of the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the return. Prior to arranging transit, please provide a photo of the goods being returned to allow us to verify that they are in a resalable condition.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in the care of the courier, it cannot be amended. Therefore, please ensure that delivery details are correct before dispatch. Tiles can be heavy, so precautions may be necessary.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch or delivery is refused, a flat rate charge of £40 per pallet will be applied for the order to be returned to us.

Special Orders

Items that have been specially ordered for a customer’s specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
